At Rare Sundays, every item is made to order with care. Production begins after your order is placed to help reduce waste and create each piece specifically for you.

Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–4 business days for production before they are shipped.

During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times within the United States are generally 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Rare Sundays is not responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
